Your involvement can match your level of interest, and your time, through:
- Enrolling in the EL Alliance student leadership program
- Collegially supporting student peers across the country
- Directing underrepresented minority students from majority institutions to join with you in the EL Alliance
- Mentoring senior faculty and university administrators in how to improve their campus environments and programs
- Attending EL Alliance meetings and speaker programs in person, and via videoteleconferences

Student Advisory Board
The EL Alliance Student Advisory Board (SAB) is comprised of student members of the Alliance. Their function is to give us guidance on how best to engage and support students.
